Heh, no oil on the map!
I was more referring to the fact that I got SM EOT and I'm preparing to pop my GA.

The border with Nakor is the only real action at this point. Cyneheard keeps popping little cities on our border but once I switch into Free Speech it will be even less significant.
Here I am sealing the border with Nakor and attempting to steal the forest back. Problem is, that worker will beat me by 1 turn I think. Looking back, I should have popped the GA this turn and I would have been able to get the forest before he could finish chopping it. Oh well. The city isn't that important.
In the north:
LAWL. Nakor's settler was 1 tile NW of where it is now. But I popped the city and sent him backwards. I'm going to get the sites I wanted. It must have been disheartening for him to move to that tile and see my settler behind the peak.
Demos:
I'm popping the GA next turn so refer back to this Pic in a moment to compare.

I start the turn and pop the GA with the GS that has been patiently waiting. I check to for any last whips I want to make. Then I switch into:
HR>FreeSpeech>CS>Nothing yet>OR
In 5 turns I will have StateProperty and I will switch back into Slavery when I switch into State Property.
Demos now look like:
GNP is crazy. My Beakers have doubled! My Culture has doubled! MFG is crazy.
I can't wait to see how fast I tech with SP.
I will tech Communism in 4Ts Which means I have 4Ts of teching other things. I'm going to finish Communism then blitz to the Economics GM. Corporations also give an extra Trade route per city so that may be worth it as well before I go after US and the Spaceship. I am considering maybe all I need is to go straight for the Spaceship. The only issue is that US and Emancipation will be huge for getting more production to construct Spaceship parts. Plus gold rush buy. Thus I think getting the Economics GM, and using it + the GP I pop at the end of the GA to pop another GA once I'm close to US and emancipation will be better in the long run. I will be thinking about it some more as I move forward.
Nakor in the north:
His settler disappeared so its in one of those 2 spots. He can see my settler so I think he'll try to settle on the plain instead of moving closer to that deer.
In south:
My borders will pop the next turn with the artist.
And on the Cyneheard front:
HAHAHA! When the turn switches over I will own that fish and that cow because he used his one forest to chop out a WB instead of a Terrace. So I'll steal them for a few turns. Thanks Cyne.
Anyway this was an awesome turn. The score is so deceptive. I'm so far ahead in beakers and increasing my lead exponentially. Free Speech added about ~50cpt from ~25 Towns and I have more towns maturing every turn. I was correct to go with early cottages over farms.
Just so much commerce... And more Universities and observatories are finishing each turn. Saving that GS for a GA over using it for an academy was the right choice. I will not be building any academies I think. I will pop a GP by the end of the GA and use it to pop another GA with the GM. I will also get the Scientist from Physics and try to pop out 2 more non-sci GPs. Not getting the music GA will hurt in my quest for a 3rd GA.
“The wind went mute and the trees in the forest stood still. It was time for the last tale.”
