Pindicator took Rome while Gavagai healed for a turn with his massive stack. There's a real chance that Pindicator gets scared again and gives peace to Gavagai when that stack waddles up.
...which is why I'm working here to be able to kill Gavagai myself. Golden Age ends with Guilds ending (going to be tight), and the plan is to get a knight out of a dozen build queues in the three turns after the GA wraps up: Fifteen horse archers and a CG2 longbow in Nastro Azzuro, which isn't enough to hold, but it is enough to trade very favorably and Goldslager is up to eleven horse archers, so can go in there. I can't ever expect Pindicator to not chicken out, that's the lesson of this game, so this rope-a-dope extremely expensive plan is the only way to be sure I can take Gavagai without any standing and fighting from my nominal ally. Speaking of allies, I've kicked off a "war on Bing" timer with Superdeath. Guy's treacherous and completely untrustworthy. but the 23t timer is aimed for a small but respectable force of ~20 knights, ~15 catapults, and a dozen Risengarde.

Gavagai is just hilariously spiteful.
He's decided that he wants to throw against me in all cases, while letting Pin get away scot free. No idea why he's decided to hate me exclusively and ignore Pin, but I'm okay, I planned on Pindicator being useless...I'll trade about as well as is possible over the river there, while building the swing to hit Cumae next turn if Gav piles all-in there. It's fine. Realy feels spiteful to ignore Pin though. This is ROME, man...

Pindicator is about to take Antium, he'll then peace out with Gav because Gav hates me worse than Pin for mysterious reasons. As ever, I've got to kill Gav by myself. At least I finally have something with more base strength than his early Iron Age units.

Pindicator? Worthless ally.
I'd get Gavagai's throwing the game against me in favor of Pindicator if I was top dog or something, but as it stands, I'm just perplexed here.

You sound like a
I saw we were doing beer posts and I couldn't help but flex some WI muscle (I'm not a big IPA drinker but my dad likes this one)
I...kind of feel like feeling bitter is warranted. Bing declared war, so here's Gavagai slinging his stack at me...
...but that's okay, look how well he's defending against Bing. Asshole. Seriously what the hell, dude? Why the fuck are you throwing this just against me?

I'm sorry. That sucks.
