Here's the progress on the third GP:
After I get fish hooked up I'll add another priest spec and it'll finish a turn early.
In terms of techs we're getting close:
I will finish Physics next turn and grab the GS. Then go Rifling, Artillery, Rocketry. AT that point I can then start the Apollo program and build it while I am teching to the different spaceship parts.

If I really wanted to I probably should have set a ton of wealth builds and ran 100% science the last 3 turns. As it is if I want 24 I may have to go back to Theology.


I'll think about it. Any way you slice it, its been pretty awesome. The techs I've been 1Turning are pretty advanced, and cost a lot.

One of the reasons that it keeps increasing is that all my cities are growing like weeds. Take a look at this one:
The trade routes are pretty much +2 everywhere in most cities now. As the populations go up thanks to Bio, I get better bonuses. You can also see how this city is mostly Workshops now and man they are awesome.

Still ahead! Though Scooter switched into US and Emancipation this turn and Cyneheard is teching Communism now. I expect Cyne will finish communism and switch into SP on the last turn of his GA.
The question is when do I pop my 3rd GA? Do I wait until I'm ready to start building the Spaceship parts? Or do I start it as soon as possible to speed my teching through to the Spaceship parts while building the Apollo program? I think the latter will probably be better considering I will have plenty of good production cities for the spaceship parts by the time I reach them thanks to levees.
The question then is do I switch out of OR into Free Religion to speed the last bit of teching? I don't believe the Apollo Program or the spaceship parts get the OR bonus, correct?
