He needs to be promoted to level 4. The amount of experience he has does not matter. He doesn't need to survive after that.

I don't think they're at the stage of Civil Service yet.

Not sure about worker J. But we could also just road the PFH instead of chopping it. That gets us a road toward the jungled rice city and an ivory city.
The TH missionary is meant for Gourmet Menu, which badly wants a library. I don't think Starfall needs one at all, though I did consider it while writing up the plan continuation, along with your other missionary advice.
(Yes, I think we should continue with the plan to build that missionary, definitely.)
Regarding the forest, I'd rather spend it now when it's clear we want it. We need hammers for Moai and we want as much pop as possible in HF to take advantage of it. And what with whipping for a missionary and planning to whip for an ivory settler, we are really not treating it well right now.
If we decide not to chop the forest, I suggest SW-S-road 1; SE-cottage 1, ...cottage done. Or alternately: S; mine 1 ... mine done.

Can't wait! Can you maybe include a video where you play through our first 100 turns? That should not be complex at all

I think the jungled city with rice is far enough in the future that we're better off cashing in the forest chop now.
I have to run.

I really think Tree Huggers needs some worker care too - it has two riverside grass tiles that cry out for cottages. Having one worker on permanent assignment to chop jungle and cottage would be a good investment - it's potentially one of our best cities if we can get it started.

We definitely could use more worker labor. Right now most of it's tied up settling new cities and chopping out two wonders. We do have quite a few riverside grass tiles that are currently unused due to jungle.

anywhere that can spare the hammers to make a defender for ED so we can get dantski exploring to the northeast to see if there's a good way to grab the dye and rice together?

I'd rather not scout with a CR2 axe - they have a tendency to make people nervous. But we need one a unit to scout that jungle area, that's true.
