Have you made the changes required for not bouncing off? We tested with OH and we could connect to each others with no problems and dtay also has no problem with us. Even if you are just subbing, it probably makes sense to fix that one file, because it really takes less than 1 min to do it. Anyways, apologies for causing you trouble.

I have a bit of a problem and need some input/help. I just got a brand new laptop. I've installed Civ & BTS on it. And I copied the mod folders (RBMOD, RtR, & TOW) I need into the Mods folder. And none of them will run.
Also, on my desktop I was able to run Civ without having the CD for the game in a cd drive. Any idea how to make that happen on the laptop? I have an external USB CD drive that I used to install the game, and now the game won't run if I don't have the cd in the drive. And I need to be able to, since I'm not going to constantly carry around this cd drive with me and plug it in every time I want to play civ.   EDIT: Hold that thought. Just remembered I need to update Civ to 3.19 patch. Downloading that now and hopefully that solves all my issues. EDIT2: Yup, ignore me. That's all it was. Man it sucks having to redo installs, settings, etc when getting a new machine. Plus learning Win8 is taking a LOT of getting used to.
Is the game down?
Although the tracker says I connected and played, I never made it into the game. It just hung for several minutes at the loading screen. A few days ago I had no problems. Can someone log in and check the game is up and running? Thanks. Running out of time to play for Ruff. mh
