I thought it was me until I checked the Top5 screen. Or the wonder screen - it tells me Bill built it.

@Scooter - re your icon ... did that really happen (Krill, Pind and Brick all eliminated by you)?
I have finally decided to put down some cash and register a website. It is www.ruffhi.com. Now I remain free to move the hosting options without having to change the name of the site.

Sadly no. During PB5 we had some sort of technical issue (sunrise power outage I think?) that did crazy things to Civstats. It looked like this:

We thought it was funny. Krill said it needed to be made into an avatar, so I just chopped it down in paint real quick and that was it.

I find myself in a difficult situation. Unfortunately, I am in a position where I have to report a major game rule violation. I opened today's turn to find a non-AI Diplo message from Rego. This appears to be an open and such case of a rule violation.

To be fair to Rego ... this is probably because I buzzed him last turn after his cities challenged me to decode his city naming convention.

So, just to be clear - I started the rule violation and Rego responded. The above 'report' is a joke smile.
