I'm not at all interested in replaying that turn. And there should be the autosave after I logged back in (after ending turn) and MYKI's login autosave to use. If those aren't good for some reason....

Chatted to Caledorn, he took down the server in a controlled fashion (taking a save first) to install windows updates. So that was just a coincidence.
I guess we let the turn roll once the game has been reloaded, then.
I have to run.

Oh, right, additional logins don't show up in the log when the game is paused! Some relief for you...

Sorry about that. I did check the tech thread/PYFT threads and didn't see posts. I think you probably could have legitimately asked for a pause if you're having weather problems.
I guess we still don't know about Bacchus but it's a moot point until the game is reloaded anyway.
Edit: Crossposted novice and jojo, OK, glad it was a planned service disruption. For what we're paying the host I can live with that.

Great. It should be back in 15 minutes or so.
As the Americans learned so painfully in Earth's final century, free flow of information is the only safeguard against tyranny. The once-chained people whose leaders at last lose their grip on information flow will soon burst with freedom and vitality, but the free nation gradually constricting its grip on public discourse has begun its rapid slide into despotism. Beware of he who would deny you access to information, for in his heart he dreams himself your master. - Commissioner Pravin Lal, "U.N. Declaration of Rights"

Apologies about today, the timer was just a touch short (or the meeting ran just a touch a too long). With the current one I shouldn't cause problems again.

Bacchus, the game is back up, so if you could play your turn that would be great.
I have to run.
