Are you, in fact, a pregnant lady who lives in the apartment next door to Superdeath's parents? - Commodore

[spoiler] Civac fixes it (again)

The west:

Grimoire (GRI):

This city placement is not optimal but I was afraid of orphaning sea food further north. GRI will get a library in place of Soubrette constructed with a 2pop whip and a chop. The culture is very useful in the border area to AT and we can hatch a scientist here.

Legerity (LEG):

Still needs a bit of time to be fully online but this will be a great production city down the line. As for Stonehenge, if we get it that's great if we don't get it that's great too.

The island:

Both food resources will be online next turn. The gold follows turn 73. The the workers are to chop granaries.

Bonhomie (BON):

Works gold and gets some river cottages. Gets a 3 yield trade route from Gavagai. More of those would be nice.

Opuscule (OPU):

Not yet renamed. Probably also a commerce city. Has enough food to whip frequently.

Andragogy, statistics:

Southeast:

The island and city at the the barb marker are closer to Commodicator then to us and a bit hard to defend. We'll see about that though. The latter spot is very nice. The axe is on its way to harvest the barb city near Amicalola (raze for gold). A chariot of Amicalola is running around there too.

Andragogy (AND):

It may have been better to found this city one to the east and grow with the cow before taking the gold. However, I took long term potential over immediate gain here. Without lighthoused inland seas the city would have had a hard time growing without relinquishing the gold.
Thinking about it the gold could have been taken by the planned Maoi city to the south though. So it likely was a mistake.

Techs:

Someone has Metal Casting. eek

Welp, I didn't think he was gonna do that.

Due to my lack of thought last turn I had to whip an archer. If I understand PB mechanics correctly it should be done before he can attack. Attacking out is too risky I think. That means AT can just retreat his units next turn and gets away cleanly.

As you can see in the screenshot we caught Hinduism in a decent spot. Offered Open Borders to Commodore and Amicalola.

Edit: Forgot to mention Superdeath offered Open Borders and I accepted.

Is he first in the turn order or second?

If first, the EOT will occur and that Archer will save the city. If second ... oh well.

Looks like he is first ... I wonder what he will do.

Looks like he just played ... no score change for us or him ... so that city is still there.

Edit: Thanks for the run down.

Did I do something to my edit options ... all this stupid span junk.

A request: can you turn off that percentage of game option and just get the clock to show the turn?

I have finally decided to put down some cash and register a website. It is www.ruffhi.com. Now I remain free to move the hosting options without having to change the name of the site.

I think there is an issue with the forums software. I have seen others complain too.

I hope he offers peace. He took a swing and missed. He can't gain anything in the short term.

Will do with the clock. I had it that way because the log shows years instead of turn numbers.

the log? I thought Ch removed the BUG logging from the MP version. It was a bit erratic ... showing some things but not all.

I meant the ingame log showing recent events like religions founded, wonder built, war declarations.
