Um, I`m a bit surprised that we were given a clue for four words. One of the words almost certainly overlaps with Hobbit too. We do need to get all of the words right as the reds just need two more words to win.
Clinton can, of course mean either Bill or Hilary. WASHINGTON is beyond obvious and CHICK could refer to Hillary or Monica Lewinsky. @Krill and Shallow_thought: I`m not familiar with that secondary meaning of the word RACKET. What exactly does it mean?

I was thinking of RACKET as in crime (racketeering, protection racket). IIRC, Bill + Hillary were accused of some dodgy property dealings from their days back in Arksansas. It was the investigation into that (by special prosecutor Kenneth Star) that spiraled off into Bill's ... other ... behaviour. I'm not actually sure what meaning Krill was going for - that her campaign was "rackety", as in poorly put together and shaky?
Isn't English wonderful ?

Codenames is not supposed to be easy. That`s actually two meanings of RACKET that I`ve never heard of.
Are you happy about going RACKET next?

I was thinking of the stupendous amount of delegates that declared for Hilary as a form of racket, but really all politicians are crooks. Tldr Racket next for sure.

We need to count back the clues right? Stream, kiwi and dwarf for hobbit 4, carrot and unicorn for pointy 3 and now Washington, chick and racket for Clinton 4.
...unicorn could have been a hobbit clue but we missed a pointy clue unless that was racket.
So really that means we can only go on the Clinton clue for the last word. Unless there is some connection between Clinton and India, which I don't see.
Shit. I don't have any idea...

As Krill says, the last word has to be a Clinton one, doesn't it, and probably not an overlap (or at least, not one we identified as a strong candidate)?
What's left?
PLASTIC - was this an insult or comment about Bill or Hilary?
UNDERTAKER - not seeing it at all.
CRICKET - means nothing to me.
LITTER - nope.
MINT - not unless there is some brand or cultivar or something I've never heard of (which is quite possible, of course).
INDIA - not ringing a bell. Unless it's a reference to Hillary's time as Secretary of State?
DECK - nope.
GENIUS - nope.
BAT - Old Bat is an insult sometimes flung at women, I can see it being thrown at Hillary.
If I had to, I'd go for BAT or maybe INDIA, just because they have some link, but I'd have no confidence in the guess .
I'm sure I'm missing something obvious and our spymaster is screaming at us.
