On Firefox 80.0.1, doesn't work for me either. I think it did at some point in the past (several years ago).

It sometimes works and sometimes doesn't for me, on Firefox.

On Firefox 80.0.1, works for me. Are you on mobile? I did start having problems with pop-ups in general on mobile Firefox after one update.

Those of you lurking, what are your reads so far? Who are in your lists for Top 3 Most Scummy and Top 3 Most Town-like?

I read that as a clue that there are 3 wolves xD

Superdeath is weird and difficult to judge as he does not oblige any conventions and refuses to explain his votes. He is a likely candiate for the 1st lynching.
If he is a wolf, commodore is likely as well and would have made that very obvious in my opinion.
For that reason I do not think Commodore or Superdeath are Wolves.

Lewwyn and Gaspar are both very active and are centering groups around themselves, I feel that one of them is a wolf, maybe even both in an elaborate scheme to get as much discussion and distrust going as possible. Currently I tend to think it is more likely Lewwyn.
I also have the feeling that thrawn might have dropped out because he maybe had a special role he was not to confident about, I am not sure if there are any wolf type special roles, but I believe Meiz has inherited one.

I think either Naufrager or GKC is a wolf, mostly a gut feeling but one of the two is likely playing a bit more newcomer than can be justified.

My current town:
- Superdeath
- Commodore
- Naufrager

My current wolf den:
- Lewwyn
- Meiz
- GKC

Tourists.  neenerneener

As someone who's never played before I find the discussion, subtext and meta all very opaque.  I'll figure it out over time, I suppose, but thats why I'm in here.
Sending units to their death since 2017.

Oh, that is very understandable. Everyone who has played before has picked back up into habits and metas 4-8 years old without issue, which is awesome and hard to get into.

Basically, all of Day 1 everyone is putting on a show. Bad guys putting on a show that they're innocent and want to find bad guys. Good guys putting on a show to try and make other people act in ways that confirm their own personal biases on how a good guy or a bad guy should act. Then once someone is killed at the end of Day one, and *especially* after things happen during Night 1, you can start to tie those shows back to actual evidence of guilt or innocence, and the game gets a little more grounded.

The ways that the vets are going about this are pretty much all normal for each of them, but that's because they've played many games here and have established a pattern. And the new players are all A) confused what they're supposed to do, and/or B) bringing in their own patterns and meta from playing this in person in the past, in a way that vets aren't used to, which also creates conflict.

TL;DR: everyone's a wannabe Debate Club champion and is layering everything with intentional shenanigans, so I don't know what anyone's angle really is either.
