I don't think Cyneheard realistically has a chance - I'd give him 10% odds. Krill could keep founding cities and later on dump his cities on Wealth in the late-game, and could catch up easily. Impressive job by Krill sealing off the whole map...

Corporations might make a difference? Or are they banned along with the world wonders?

I agree it should be pretty hard for Cyneheard to win this... all Krill needs to do is get to communism.
