Sure it is.
It passively stops you from having anarchy - if you revolt more because you have that is irrelevant.

lol, well, I think you were the only civ in that game that never went to war, or was never forced into war. will we have that luxury? haha

I'm a little nervous about using a new version of the rbmod. I don't like change.

The good news is both our civ and traits are unchanged from bts, so there is less potential for Lewwyn to make another "you can't do that in rbmod" mistake lol

To be fair I think most of the changes are moving things back towards base BtS, or smoothing out stuff like the tech cost ramp up in the ren era. And we have someone who isn't as retarded as I am at creating change logs in Seven sorting through any potential omissions and mistakes .

yeah, the later techs were really really expensive in the previous version, NTT (not that we ever got there in pb8, but I played a couple of single player games).
