3 warriors are going towards the bronze in the East. 3rd city should be founded there. It is a very strategic place not only because of the bronze but because of horses in the South as well. Why so many warriors? Because my scout detected flugauto's warrior there 2 turns ago and that is very annoying.

I like the placement of Antium as it is a good city in its own right, especially after you improve those hill tiles. You'll have plenty of hammers or specialist slots, as you choose. But you can only share one cottage tile with the capital, so that isn't much of a reason for its placement.
What are you upcoming goals? I see you working toward settling city #3, anything else going on? Played: Pitboss 18 - Kublai Khan of Germany Somalia | Pitboss 11 - De Gaulle of Byzantium | Pitboss 8 - Churchill of Portugal | PB7 - Mao of Native America | PBEM29 Greens - Mao of Babylon
It looks like flugauto wants a hot war. I think, that the major reason for this is Roman unique unit. But at the same time his borders are far from me and the war will be very expensive for him.

Neapolis was founded 2 turns ago. Next settler will be built in Rome next turn. He will go to the elephants.

Ravenna was founded 2 turns ago and at last I connected my 1st happiness resource. This city has iron in the 2nd ring so praetorians are coming soon. Roadmap for this city is obvious: granary, then monument.
