Hmm ... seems my PC already has the 1.74 patch installed. But it is still asking for the CD to run the game. Wasn't there a noCD patch put out by Firaxis?
I have finally decided to put down some cash and register a website. It is www.ruffhi.com. Now I remain free to move the hosting options without having to change the name of the site.

Ah, probably? I switched over to the Steam version a long time ago. I think I used Daemon Tools image mounter to play without a CD.

Ok - I found a NoCD hack. We might want to send around a test pbem game just to see that we are all on the same page.
I have finally decided to put down some cash and register a website. It is www.ruffhi.com. Now I remain free to move the hosting options without having to change the name of the site.

Yep, in 3.19... only applies to BTS though.
