Last time I checked (last turn for Elum, 2 or 3 turns ago for the rest) none had calendar resources.
In 8 turns I'll have dyes, in about 12 silk, with the extra happy I'll grow in the cap before starting a GS. No estimates right now but it shouldn't take too long.
You're starting to understand the kind of stupid mistakes I make all the time ![wink wink](https://www.realmsbeyond.net/forums/images/smilies/wink2.gif) But yeah I put them for MoM city 3 turns ago.

Unfortunately I suspect the forest SE of the sheep will go to the Moai city since it's popped borders towards that tile while MoM city hasn't... If you can worldbuilder check if I'm right then a mine or two might be in order instead.
Completed: RB Demogame - Gillette, PBEM46, Pitboss 13, Pitboss 18, Pitboss 30, Pitboss 31, Pitboss 38, Pitboss 42, Pitboss 46, Pitboss 52 (Pindicator's game), Pitboss 57

It's alright there'll be enough hammers naturally produced by the city to compensate the loss of that forest (if not a whip is possible). I'll check in worldbuilder but if it's true it's not efficient to put a mine up (1 turn to go up the hill T97, 4 turns to mine means the mine is up too late to matter) so the worker should pasture the sheep in the meantime. At most I could get 2t of mine by delaying a forest till the last moment, which means ~6h gained against a faster sheep. Considering those hammers are only valuable because of the wonder I think sheep wins.

That's good. Will the sheep be in your culture? I thought you were popping borders with the MoM?

No no I used a chop on a barrack to pop the culture and get 3 more forests in the borders (only 2 now due to a mistake of mine).

Dreylin accepted ceasefire, I just saw this :
I think he's going to plant either on the spot his units are now or on the x spot. I considered attacking his axe (77% odds right now) but 2 moves against him in quick succession would probably push him over to unreasonable revenge policies. I think he'll be my war target though, his stone city and this one are too close to me.
Oh and no one has cal resources yet, and the MoM plan is going fine.

It will have to be war, Dreylin is putting a city on the the highlited tile, it currently has an axeman over a settler there (I forgot to take the picture before moving away the spear). I have a C2 shock axe at 4.7/5 coming back from the west, another axe coming from the east and the spear, I think I want to destroy that city in the craddle, maybe even keeping it as it's on my 7b dotmap tile.
That's why Dreylin has been consistently playing after me, we were in a "race" for that spot (except of course I never wanted to settle it). Now he's put himself in an indefensible position so he'll pay for that bold city placement.

It's only his 8th city ! Really I can understand that that gold looks good but it's still MY gold.

Whosit and Elum have Currency which is good for me. First because they're not in the competition for MoM and second because I may be able to get some gpt from Elum for OB later on.

Last post was supposed to be about the war but I forgot what I wanted to say. Now I remember !
I like mind games, here's one for Dreylin. If he attacks I'm entitled to defend myself from this guy who settles right next to me and kills my workers. So I destroy him. If he lets me be I get the +24h into the wonder and THEN I attack the guy who settles right next to me and steals my city spots. Either way I'll soon have 4 axes and a spear on the battlefield so I think this city is short lived.
Other axe is coming, still 2vs4 with shock I don't see how he intends to win this. Also his city near the stone/mountain is only guarded by a warrior now, I'm building a galley to raze it. I know that wars at this stage of the game while your economy is nonexistant is a bad idea but he's just pushing too hard.
Oh and you can see from the first screenshot that I didn't settle in the north. Truth is I want to settle near Dreylin ASAP and that city would have been a drain and adding nothing to my empire in its current state. It needs a border pop a work boat and monarchy to be interesting, so not now.
