I should be able to play as normal and I'd hope anyone else who can will play ASAP, but obviously some folks will be way too full of turkey to be able to reach the keyboard...
Agree on the infinite turn timer instead of pausing.

I can't look into it for a while, probably not today. Coincidentally I'm traveling at the same time BGN is. I will check when I'm able to log in and will set a higher timer.

(December 19th, 2014, 10:19)Boldly Going Nowhere Wrote: It's getting close to holiday time so I guess now is as good a time as any to figure out playing plans for the holiday. I'll be traveling beginning Saturday and may be gone as long as January 1. I'll have access to Civ through 12/24 but without access after that time until I return home, whenever that is. I'd prefer to avoid a sub playing for nearly a week but I'm also sympathetic to players having to wait on me for that length of time. If there are others who will be traveling or lacking access to the game, please let us know so we can get a plan that works for everyone.
Thanks.

Krill you need to make up your mind. Am I supposed to take his money or kick him in the head? I really think you should only get to pick one.
Sorry (only kind of) for the OT-ness. Krill's verbal jabs at my bro amuse me.

I should be able to play as normal, but support infinite turn timer if this is possible (or just arbitrarily high turn timer) for those who cannot.

Ha. It isn't so much the Xenu tax that will cause my absence as the wedding and casino after we part company. I'm being dragged to a wedding in New Orleans by my wife after Christmas and won't have computer access. This is actually an improvement over the last December wedding we went to a couple years back in Detroit. Who even does that?
