It seems like we need more workers again??
Agree with NH. Someplace in the SE, need another turn or two of scouting to fill out the dotmap.

Did you send the in-game map trade offers to WPC and the Spanish, Sullla?
I think Ditchdigger and Cutting Edge are well set to whip a worker each. Small, and not many good tiles to work.

Can someone post how we're doing on culture in our border cities? I'm interested in the time to the next ring in cities like GM and ST, which each have a wonder.

Here you are!
So both Gourmet Menu and Seven Tribes are some way to the next expansion, but not too long. Let It Snow should get Hinduism soon for a slightly faster expansion, and so should Cutting Edge (but that one is already up to second ring, but has to contend with German culture). Simple Life will also help against Wasserburg relatively soon.
Eastern Dealers and Starfall are just about to start putting real pressure on the stupid CFC border city.

Looks like CivPlayers declined our OB offer? Oh well.

Yeah, right now our diplomatic situation is getting tough. Relations with CFC are getting worse (if they were Apolyton's map partner and said so, that's OK, but they just said no), we have virtually no contact with CivFr or Univers, and communications with CivPlayers has broken down again.
Relations with Apolyton are OK, but we don't see much progress there. The Spanish are irrelevant, and the only team that we have made any diplomatic progress with lately are the Germans, who we plan to invade and annex. The WPC team seems horribly disorganised - I fully expect the Germans to crush or at least easily contain their attack.

Did we follow this suggestion by Seven? Now that CFC is not at war, we have a chance to hide our production.

Therefore, perhaps it is worth queuing up another build behind the settler, and not switching back to Taj until the end of the turn. (And then quickly swapping in a decoy build again until the end of t134 when we whip.)

I'm pretty sure Sullla said that's what he was planning on doing.

Given the need for worker labour in the north, we can switch Cutting Edge to a worker this turn, and whip it the next, to size 2 and 23/24F.
That will free tiles for the growth of Tree Huggers and Simple Life next turn too.

Right now, I cannot connect to the game. It hangs endlessly on the "Finishing..." screen. Anyone know if this is a more general problem, or if it's my computer acting up again?
