Pingala promoted and I'm second in the known world for both bpt and cpt.

Those three galleys from Japan are sitting ducks, and Takakeisho is dead in 3 turns max. He can't push through the isthmus, and there are so many boats flowing in I have to ask, Thrawn, if you want to take the time to remove those three galleys from the map or try to rush the other choke points? Because other than razing his second city, what's the aim?
I count one unseen galley at high health or two at low health. HK is dead next turn but I hope it moves the builder into the city.

That Inc has the highest power is making me question how we ought to play this. Thrawn, I know you don't want to stick around Japan, but in two turns they will not have enough boats to hold every choke point, and new boats are heading to Woden and Banzai. We are making 35gpt and will have enough gold to purchase a ram in 5 turns. TAD is one city from dead, Ljub is going to be back down to two cities shortly, and there are more boats in place than there are going to be tiles to attack from.
I absolutely agree with streaming new boats to Woden and Banzai, and even splitting off the boats at HK off to the east (or more realistically shifting all the boats one group to the west and shifting three boats to travel westwards) to cover Woden and Banzai from both sides. It's just that you might be in a position to take out both of them and turn the game into a straight 4v4 and this may be one route to force a concession, whilst also containing both other players.
