Well my vote is definitely to send one worker 2NE this turn and start roading that forest.

I don't really want to rush for that Stone with our next city unless we're definitely planning to do something with it like chop out Henge. Otherwise it's a clearly inferior city.

I want to rush for that stone because I want our fair share of land, Commodore is obsessed with the Pyramids, and his scout has seen the stone. I have no objection to chopping out Henge or whatever but I don't see how we're going to do that with a third-ring stone plant unless you want to chop it out without the stone.

Making rash settling decisions revolving around one player in an 11 player game is still bad. If he aggressively settles for stone in the face of Impis, that's his funeral.

I think it will be a lot easier to claim the stone ourselves than to fight for it. It's not a rash decision. I am pretty good at noticing people's tendencies.

Although I'm also much more used to standard RB games where everyone has copper. Can we get a screenshot of what we can see of Commodore's land?

New turn, anything interesting? Did our scout survive?

Ok, logged in and we survived, but cut it a bit closer than I would have liked:
Anyways, I decided to go ahead and do what we suggested doing last night, and that's go see if there's any seafood up by the stone. There wasn't (that we can see yet), but we did better:
Nice! A city right on that desert tile would likely be perfect. First ring sheep & stone, plus a peak that gives us some nice fogbusting vision. I think at first glance I like this at city#4. Thoughts? Overview:
Went with the plan. Completed the road on the cottage with the south worker, started the road (and cancelled to be safe) on the forest with the other worker. LJS is working double clams + pigs, McDs is working clams.
I believe next turn the tile micro is:
LJS: Pigs, clams, cottage
McDs: 2 clams
Right?
