Ok you guys are insanely confusing . To those of us in the lurker thread helping get things going, the consensus was you wanted second tier leaders (Gaspar's words, and Hannibal certainly counts as second-tier I'd say) and several people asked for a points system. Then you all changed your minds and got upset. Suggestion for Gaspar: be really specific on what you actually want, because at this point I don't think anyone really knows. You're probably in a position where you can get whatever you want in terms of settings and people will go with it, but it's a mystery to everyone what most of those settings are until you have to complain about settings other people end up deciding on.

Hopefully this is constructive - not trying to be a jerk.

Nah, you're right. Problem is I was sort of trying to take in what zak and Lewwyn had suggested, also Noble calling me a wimp on gmail every 41.3 seconds, plus me wondering how I ended up here. Bunch of decent guys the rest of them are, for dealing with that.

I would say SIP anyway. Can't go wrong with 3F cap on the sugar and a 4 yield ivory on forest in first ring. Plus then the rice is irrigated and you've a good amount of forests.
