Hey Brick, technical question for a potential repick.
Have you generated all the possible civ/leader combinations already and we're picking from those combinations? Or do you roll new civ/leader combinations out of the available civs & leaders that haven't been claimed at each round?
Meaning if we reject Suleiman of Inca, would that mean someone else could only get Suleiman of Inca, or could they potentially get Pacal of Inca (assuming Pacal hadn't been claimed in the first round)?

Also, i assume we could no longer get Suleiman or Inca in future rolls. Or just the combination of both together?

Meh, leaning towards mulligan now. 10 turns to get a border pop AND have it be a building that costs 60h is pretty crappy for a civilization bonus.

Agreed. I think this combo is decidedly so-so, and on top of that it's kind of dull. My feeling is reroll too.

I roll new ones each round based on whoever's left. And it's a completely random roll, if by some miniscule odds you get the same combo, well, yay for random rolls.

Are you rerolling completely new combos, or are you offering the same combos among the remaining pool of pickers?

I roll completely new from out of every civ and leader that have not been locked down as a pick.
