You got a Tiger? Nice, along with that gorilla and everyone else's lack of Hunting (aside from lack of confirmation on Team 2) means we'll have a good shot at the Menagerie. Just remember you need a Carnival somewhere before you can start building that. As for the animals, I know there's a wolf to my NE and another to the NW while Bears are everywhere, the easiest ones are stuck between Amurite and Kurio borders in the W, but there might be some closer to you. If you need recon help for them let me know.
BTW Amelia, why did you switch to Overcouncil and not Foreign Trade? Don't tell me that you also forgot about that like nabaxo did...
Also this is why we need Sanitation:

I agree on sanitation. Hey...Doesn't construction allow us to build War Elephants?

Nah, your thinking of the base game. War Elephants can't be built, only upgraded from Elephants (which can't be built either, only captured, so there's only a limited amount we can get). Also we need Animal Handling for the upgrade, something I don't think we'll get for a while, if ever.
The big thing Construction gives is Chariots, although not really for us right now since we still don't have any metal.

I was thinking of base FFH. I'm pretty sure that you needed construction for that upgrade. Ah well, we have loads of elephants roaming around.

A chat with nabaxo lead to 2 things:
1. WB tests revealed that Grand Menagerie doesn't work for teammates. A major disappointment, for obvious reasons. Still worth building though, probably by Malakim but am open to other suggestions.
2. IMO I think we should drop Priesthood and Order from our tech path, so we tech Construction, Sanitation, Divination, OO then sorcery, while building Tower of Divination to take Arcane Lore. Reason why is that Arcane Lore is top priority right now after Sanitation, and I don't think either Priesthood or Order are important enough to justify delaying Arcane Lore. We have to be the first to that, since the GS, the crown and most importantly Hemah are on the line.

Oh goddamn yeah i forgot about Foreign Trade urgh.
Agreed with the tech path. Order seems like a luxury to me for now, and we're not threatened enough for Priesthood.

Looks like Overcouncil doesn't work. It entered the vote, but there was no one to vote for, only abstain. Oh well.

Well sure, but I don't have a lot that can quickly get over to your eastern city. My adept is in the area, but aside from that I don't have anything nearby. Amelia has a couple of Centaurs not too far away, but they're busy settling Kurio's 4th city right now, so they'll take at least a few turns to get in, assuming they're not needed elsewhere.
If you can't surround him, you can always attack and he'll automatically jump to another square. In the meantime, hold off ending your next couple of turns and moving units in the area so we can figure out what the right course of action is.

Huh, I guess it means that everyone in the team has to be Overcouncil for it to work.
nabaxo, you better watch out as Loki is nearby to your E. Even though Loki can't attack and his puppets, who can, are only 2str he'll disrupt worker plans and scout out land we don't him too. How many units do you have nearby? Only way we can stop him is by surrounding him so he can't retreat, it'd unlikely he'll leave himself open but we can always block his pah.
