[SPOILERS] Lewger goes for the Bigwyn

Okay I can't connect to the game right now. China firewall is on freak alert and I can't connect to my VPN either. Whatever. Someone's going to have to do this.

For this turn I agree with the city tiles you chose Bigger.
Gilgamesh - cottage, wheat, crab
Illiad - cottage, rice

Both cities are building warriors.

Here's what I'm thinking in terms of workers.

-Worker on the fur roads.
-Now the two other workers I think can both go 2N onto two forests.

Here's what I'm thinking. We grow the cap to 4 in two turns. We start another warrior and put 1 turn into that warrior. Then both chops complete the turn after that and go straight into the capital. Those chops go into a settler. That's 40 hammers plus the foodhammers for that turn which will be 12 or 13 depedning on the tiles. that gets us to 52-53 hammers into the settler in 1 turn. Then next turn we 2 pop whip the settler for 50 hammers, finish EOT. And there we have a 2T settler. With the food from the one turn into the warrior we should regrow back to 3 in 1 turn and then back to 4 in 2 more turns.

The only other thing to take care of this turn is the scout, which depending on if that lion moved into view can go SE onto the forest hill and get a good look out over the water and then come back north. As long as you don't end the scout next to any barb animals. Just remember woody 2 and look at my signs about where animals were before.

Also just to be clear this chop/whip settler plan will get us a settler EOT51. It will use two of our forests but we'll still have 7 left if we are thinking about a wonder still.

I'm going to bed shortly... I'm going to leave a note in the tech thread for someone to pause the game at 1 hour on the timer if we don't play before then.

Oh one last note... do you think a barracks in Illiad might be better than another warrior? I do want the cap to regrow from the settler whip while building that 4th warrior so maybe starting a barracks in Illiad is better. I'm open to it. In fact, let's go with the barracks. Hammers in the barracks won't degrade as quickly if we need to switch off that build to a worker or something.

I'm not going to get to a civ computer before the timer rolls. How are you set Bigger?

7 more forests? - we can definitely afford to use 2 on a settler. Ill try to get the mod up and running and see if i can play the turn.

would a scouting workboat be better than a barracks? i guess we have revealed a lot of the coast to the west - and it looks like that land mass to the east is not an island - our scout is headed that way. ive set it to barracks.

im really bad on the RB MOD changes - i guess barracks gives us some kind of bonus that it doesnt in vanilla.

I have no idea. Does it add culture?

Played turn and rolled it.

....

Tiles were fine, workers moved as requested, changed Iliad to barracks.

Wasnt exactly sure what to do with the warriors. One clearly appears to be playing zone defence. I moved the other one south towards the city site in question. There is a nice PFH overlooking the lake that might be good to sit on.

The scout saw neither animal as it moved to the south. I've stitched together the two moves to show what he saw:
