Hum, I just loaded the turn again and ended turn straight away and it came up with a scientist in Grimsby. It's not a war turn so is it okay to replay the whole lot again or should I just accept the 0% dice roll?

So fiddling the specialists so that Grimsby doesn't spawn the Great Person means I get a Scientist in Lancaster. Next turn I can just take the coin flip artist/scientist in Ipswich and the turn after hope that Grimsby gives me something useful.
Is that okay? I have two saves here that I can send...
