More importantly, isn't Guild of the Nine unlocked with an advanced tech? How far ahead are they anyways?

Not much we can do about it tbh, might have been nice for Kurio's to have but not necessary. We just don't have the MFG to build stuff like that. GotN is unlocked at currency, which is the only really 'advanced' tech they have on us besides Sanitation.
I'm not too worried about other wonders, we'll get a few of our own shortly. I'm expecting you Amelia to build Tower of Divination to take Arcane Lore, and after that we should be all clear for someone (Amelia?) to build the Crown. Malakim are probably going to get the Menagerie shortly, I think the only animal nabaxo's missing is the wolf. Great Library is an option, not sure how you'll get the 3 Libraries though and I don't think we'll benefit from it that much.
Later on I think we should take a serious shot at Ride of the Nine Kings, with Hippus behind in tech we'd have a good reason to go there with Kurio's and Warhorses is a lot cheaper now, costing the same as Sorcery. Infernal Grimiore would be nice but I think someone else will get there first. I don't think we'll have a shot at the economic wonders either (Pillar of Chains, Guild of Hammers, City of Thousand Slums), Team plako will probably snatch them up too.

Well, i can get started on the ToD once we get the mana / tech.
Is the Great Library effect teamwide or my side only? I can probably get it if i wanted to, since the only difficulty part of it is my third city but it's getting into shape. Problem is that it doesn't really do much for the team, since no one is running sages for now.
By the way, future goals. How do we win this game? Do we try and attack Team 2 (the weakest so far) once we can? Or do we go for another victory? It's pretty far away, but I was hoping to get a vision on what we can do to put us as champs.

Great Library effect is team wide. I agree that it doesn't provide much right now, but we have a fairly good shot at it right now (with only Team 1 having Writing) and it could be useful either later or to deny to other teams. The only problem is that it might delay the Tower of Divination, do you think that's something we need to worry about?
Long term, only Conquest and Domination are enabled, so we'll have to win by force. We definitely want to try and get as much land off Team 2 as we can, before 1 or 3 can get it. Aside from that though, the only weapon we have to take on the other 2 teams is Arcane Lacuna, which only lasts once. We're behind in MFG which is most important stat late, and although we're keeping up in GNP, that becomes less important as time goes on (although, we will need money to upgrade adepts and lightbringers, so perhaps not). Only other way I can see us successful is the other teams making a tactical mistake, but tbh I think we're more likely to make that mistake then they are.

Therefore the only real chance we have of winning is to try and take out team 2 early and get their lands. It has to be a lightning conquest though, or we stand a chance of getting stabbed while we're attacking.
The other alternative is to wait for two others to war, then attack. That's reliant on luck though.
We're nowhere near ToD, so i can attempt to get TGL. I'll calculate the turns required first during the next turn.

I agree that we need to aim to take as much of Team 2 as we can. However for now though we should still focus on REXing, aside from the Clan we don't really border anyone yet and there's still a lot of space left. Not to mention Deity costs will be a major thorn in any conquering.
However Kurio's can't expand anymore, so we really need the other two to be REXing hard to make up for that, hence my t120 8 cities goal. IMO Malakim should probably switch to City States to help out with that at some point (I can't since I'm running Aristo), especially since they're the best ones to absorb Team 2 land.

Ummm, after Sanitation our next tech is Divination, and then we're only a Law node away from ToD (which can be easily built). That means we can start building it what, 10-15t? I wouldn't call that nowhere near.

Amelia, unless you have a good plan to crank out the Great Library, I think we should give it up. Team 3 now also have Writing so we don't have the advantage of being first to it anymore, and we can't outproduce the other teams to the wonder if they have their eyes on it.

I can get the TGL in 10 turns. 6-8 to build the lib in 3rd, 3 turns for the wonder with marble (there's one in my capital). If that's ok i'll swap production. Haven't end turn yet.

That's better than I thought, hmmm.
You know what? As long as you can also provide 1-2 settlers for us (we'll need some from you for the t120 8 city goal), I don't see why not. I expect we'll get beaten to it tbh, but perhaps I'm just overly paranoid (plus we did choose IND, better build some wonders with it). It shouldn't interfere with our ToD plan anyway.

The Marble was a nice surprise, and i remembered that we just finished Masonry, so i could get that marble hooked up just in time. We'll need it for other projects as well, anyways.
Edit: Micro plan for Fire Snake:
Every town: Working Rice/Horse/Cow
T 96 - 2 Grassland Farms, 1 Grassland FHill (10 F, 9 Hammers)
T 97 - 2 GF, 1 GH, Grows to 7, 2 Workers start work on mines. (T: 18 Hammers out of 80).
T 98 - 2 Grassland FHills, 1 Grassland Mine, 1 Grass Forest (15 Hammers, Lib is now 33 out of 80).
T 99 - 104 - Same configuration.
T 99 - Lib is now 48 out of 80, 32 more to go. 2 Workers move to Forest.
T 100 - 2 Workers chop forest for 6 hammers + 15, EoT lib is now 69.
T 101- EoT lib is finished.
Wererat finished Lib in 5 turns, not important.
Frost Wolf can finish Lib in 4 turns. Will start work on TGL after Fire Snake is done with Lib, with maximum overflow. Max 4 turns.
T 105 - TGL is finished.
I'm putting this here for my own reference, but if there's any possible improvement let me know.
