Sorry for distracting you, Catwalk. I logged in and the diplo screen was gone somehow. So I unpaused, played and paused for Jowy.

When facing a diplo-screen and no one around to unpause for you, you can still click the option you prefer "Accept" or "Decline" the offer if there is any at all. Later on, when someone logs in and unpause/pause the game, even if you are not online at this time, the next time you log in, your diplo screen will be gone.
