I wouldn't even involve Plako, because is it really against the rules? Remember Plako is not and should not be on our side.

The whole point of not setting a precedent is so that nobody else can do it in the future. If we don't think it will be preventable in the future, there is no point in not setting a precedent. The only way to prevent it in the future is by admin action.

I think it probably means that CivFR no longer feels the need for our gold and they've settled with CFC.
I think we should just assume they'll keep icy relations with everyone and quietly build away in their corner.

Probably not unless we've managed to at least take Webringen, and the German war seems about to be concluded.
Furthermore, I consider that forum views should be fluid in width
Diplo messages we should probably be sending:
* Ask WPC what they can see with their Sentry chariot up north. It would be good to know how many units are still in the Wasserburg area beyond what we can see with our chariot. * Chase up message to CivFr. It's been over a week since we emailed them with no response. May as well send something short asking what's going on. * I did think that we should post something over at CivFanatics to try and discourage future cheese gifting of gold. I liked novice's message: Quote:This turn we received an offer from the Spanish where they offered to gift us their remaining gold and gpt. We find it a nice gesture of friendship, but from an in-game perspective we don't think it's appropriate for a dying civ to gift all their assets to their favorite rival. That could be very unbalancing in unfair and unfun ways, so we declined the spanish offer. We hope other teams feel the same way about this and will act accordingly if the situation were to arise again. Is there any reason not to post this? At the very least, it gives us a foundation to try and push back against future cheese gifting of stuff.
Post it.
Its good.
