I'm okay with that, our cities are coming out of revolt first and are going to take all the good tiles anyway.
My real concern is, as Sulla mentioned in one of his turn reports, WPC is also not long for this world. They have nothing that can fight off CFC or CivFR or even UniversCiv. So this safe buffer zone can only last for so long as we can in no way guarantee their survival.
At least pump culture in Witte so when someone else inevitably takes Warendorf, they'll be forced to raze it.

I'd be fine with giving away the iceballs as a booby prize, but I worry that trying to give them away will mean the war drags for 2-5 turns longer than it would if we just took them. Plus, we're on the conqueror's plateau. More cities are cheap. Those iceballs will pay for themselves straight out of the gate with their 4 trade routes.

Decided to go ahead and send as-is. I need sleep, but debate away on how you think we should ideally handle the WPC split. If no response in the morning, I may send a follow-up "speed response is requested" note if I can figure out a way to word it that doesn't sound terrible

"Speed response is requested" sounds like something from an automated computing voice.

If it were to come to this, I would hope that WPC would be as good as the Germans to let us have all their land in cheesy petty vengeance.

I don't think razing the north cities and letting WPC resettle is a bad idea.

To me, the only reason to entreaty WPC with cities now is so we can tell other civs that we are generous with our friends. If we don't care about that aspect, then I would say we should take all the cities. WPC has shown just how deadly a threat they are this war.

Scooter, thanks for sending that message. That was exactly what I had in mind!

If your nice to the other civs, maybe the rest of the Civilization Players won't think RB is full of crazy neckbeards like it actually is after the ISDG?

From what I can read of CivPlayers unit moves, they have not gifted any horse archers to the Germans - all five still belong to CivPlayers. I think we can tell WPC that.
Furthermore, I consider that forum views should be fluid in width
