I think you'll have time to play this turn, but I can do it, if you want. However you're at war without metal and horses are 10T away. If you can't get them via trading then you need to do everything in your power to get it or tech IW and hope you've iron. Losing lighthousable lake tiles is least of your worries here.

Lagash should have the chop put into a worker and whipped that to completion. So that the horses would have gone in earlier.

You need 8T to pop borders. You can easily get enough workers to hook it up by then.

I think settling on the 1S of the Copper is probably better for me since that it's a forest'd hill tile so it would be highly difficult for azza to remove the archer the 1T before the city is as the settler is going to use up a movement point to move onto either tile, though I will not plant until I get a 3rd archer to protect the settler.

I'm hoping to bait the axe to attack, I have another archer on the spot to clean it up, unfortunately he also has another axe there.



These shennigans are extremely annoying, my power is spiking but it's all in archers which are practically useless on attack, so I'm pretty far behind in demo's because of this.

Just plant on top of Copper. After border pop it makes a fine city long term and gives you the metal you'll desparately need.

Yah the only problem is that he has complete control of the area currently, Not sure if I can completely force him out until I can get out a couple of Chariots. Hopefully if my bait archer works I'll only have 1 axe left to deal with.
