It might be best to work one of the mines on the same turn as the extra priest to get to an even hammer count. If someone can post the number of hammers needed I can provide a plan.
Eastern Dealers have 97/120H into the courthouse, so 23H needed.

In this case let's work priest one turn, and the other turn of next two switch it to a grass mine. That's 10h (7 * 1.5) on the priest turn and 13h (9 * 1.5) on the mine turn, and we don't have to forfeit working farms at any point.
There is no need to work the mine and priest on the same turn for the extra bonus hammer, because it would be lost in overflow to rounding regardless.
Since ED has a library and no market, it's marginally better to work the mine (which comes with 1c) on a turn when we are running the slider. So leave the configuration as is (priest, 10h) this turn, and swap the priest to a mine next turn.

(This is worth -1g, +2h in ST, and transfers a food from ST to GM.)

We can easily speed up the couthouse by working a mine this turn and next instead of a grass farm. I think we should do it too.
So next turn let's just draft Starfall.
I also have another plan for Mansa's Muse: next turn, after the grocer completes, we take citizens off of the plains mine and the immature plains cottage and instead hire 2 merchants. This city, with its wonders, has its GP box half full. By hiring 2 merchants we will be able to squeeze a GP out of this city sometime down the line. Plus, I'd argue that the coins from the merchants are worth more than the hammers from the mine, since the university we are building isn't all that great with our low science slider. The 2 merchants are worth +9 gold with the market and grocer.

We can't afford to take off the priest next turn because it would delay the GP. Simpler just to stagnate growth for 2 turns and swap farm for mine.

Sure that won't impact the GP generation, delaying it with 1t?

It looks to me like we are getting 32gpp with priest and 26 without, for a total of 58. we need 56. Am I missing something?

I agree with hiring merchants in MM after the grocer finishes.

Turn ended. I left science off and Eastern Dealers as-is. I did give a Cutting Edge mature cottage over to Tree Huggers as suggested. We're working the same raw tiles, it just means Cutting Edge grows a little quicker and Tree Huggers grows EoT regardless. Anyway, here is our newest city:
It's about 25 minutes newer than Wien. Unfortunately the missionary was literally 1 tile too slow. There was no way to speed it up, so it'll convert next turn.
Soon we're going to want to chain irrigation to that rice via Weil der Stadt. Well, not via the city tile itself of course, but through the plains and grassland that connect the rice to the lake.

Scooter, did you do the swap I suggested at gm/st? No one else commented on it but I think it's a no brainer.

I like it.
Also, is Gauntlet working the sheep like it appears to be in the screenshot? Would it be better to steal the cow from Mano y Mano and have Mano work it's rice?
