reading some of the threads, i am mainly disappointed in the general lack of opponent analyses when the game started. that was half the reason i signed up for this thing! where are all the tier lists?

For these large games you don't really get tier lists often. Its a lot of work for this many people.
BTW even now that he has industrialization Commodore's whip numbers are pathetic for a kremlin war economy.

...especially since gav mentioned battleships on Commodores side. I expected a big wave of BS/DD/Transport to overwhelm Gavagais defenses, but maybe Comm is not *that* committed.

Commodore dropping out of slavery would certainly explain the lack of whips, but I am with Gav and am VERY confused why with Kremlin as your main war engine you would drop out of slavery.

Yes it does. And he is Darius. And he can revert back to Slavery at the end of the GA. None of what he did is shocking.

He is behind in GNP and the war is sliding towards Gav it seems to me. We will see what the whip numbers look like after the GA, but in my mind its past time for a little more haste.

? Commodore is right that this game is probably over bar a Gav misplay. The English empire is too big and as he builds up his tank numbers he is going to roll over his continent starting in about 15 turns.

Most people thought Plemo had PB66 wrapped up. Where there is a whip, there is a way. Hell Commodore even has help. If you think you are defeated, then yes you probably are.
