I coded whatever Krill told me to. I don't have any evidence or memory other than what we already saw, 25% which doesn't increase during the game, arrived at by halving the XML value.
I really haven tested anything, but based on just to the code (also assuming iNoTechTradeModifier = 50)
* NTT games modifier is flat 25%
* In tech trading games it is 0% in the beginning and raises 50%->100%->150%, when you get Paper, Scientific method and Corporation.
I'd be grateful if someone could let me know whether the game is still working for you all. I took a shortcut and used the pitboss instance for this game to also run RBP10, under the assumption that since activating the mod forces RBP8 onto the default 2057 port I could use 2062 for RBP10. I'm not sure it will work that way though, so let me know if connecting to this game still works.
