1 turn.
Don't stay up too late.

I wanted to say this publicly, but I'd probably be considered cruel. I think Bantams might be one of the few players I've met where playing against noble level AI is more difficult than beating him; when he played in the old Ladder scene he was always lasts pick and one of hte worst players I ever saw.
The fact that he doesn't give a shit about any rules or people, well, that's a new one on me. Definitely black balled from any game I'm in, for future reference.

Yeah, for sure. It's surprising, because highly unskilled players are pretty generally welcome to join games here, but I can't see anyone playing with him again.

Eh, the attitude of the majority of ladder players is not really congruent with that of RB: look at WarlordDr in PB4.

So according to the tech thread, gavagai (the only player we haven't met yet) is in the process of conquering bantams with horse archers. I think that means it's very likely they are on the same landmass. And we already know that mike and bantams share a landmass, and gaspar and gavagai almost certainly do. So I think they are all on one continent in a rectangle. It's hard to restrain myself from logging in now and working out the details of this hypothesis, but I'm holding off until the controversy is resolved.
If gavagai is fighting bantams, I wonder what gaspar is doing currently?

Rebuidling?
I think if that hypothesis is true, we should support Gaspar with as much as possible to be a thorn in 2 major rivals sides.

Just realized I never posted the picture from contact with bantams, 4t ago.
The unit with the immortal is also an axe. So... I don't know if he was at war in the east already on t117, but that's terrible. I mean, what? Good job guarding those two forests that are outside your borders but solidly in your backfill area with barracks-enhanced stacks of units.

I agree, that seems even more important than before. Ideally Mikehendi is the most-warred-with on that continent. (Gavagai conquers bantams and comes into conflict with mike. Gaspar fights mike too.)

I think we may need to come up with a contingency were we invade that continent; the only problem is I think that's a losing proposition (to the same extent as never fighting a land war in Asia).
That said, I'm in two minds about trying to settle the island south of Gaspar now. I think we need to focus more on growing and tech rate (to the extent that we only settle the remainder of our continent and no more islands), but OTOH, we need to make sure that continent is never unified by one player. Forcing Gaspar to focus on defence and not expansion is one way to do that.
