For PP microers - Starfall is already on research (producing only one hammer of course).

To be fair, the game has been on-going for more than a year now, and all the games (at least here, imagine it's similar in other places) tends to use different rules. Easy to forget this stuff.

Current beakers in PP: 105
Pop next turn: 181
Worth of GSci: 1500 + 181 * 3 = 2043
Raw beakers generated: 527 + 1 + 1
Effective beakers in PP next turn: 692 + 105
Shortfall: 2880 - 692 - 105 - 2043 = 40
We can run 80% science this turn, and get 601 raw beakers, for 789 generated.
Anyway, we need to generate 732b this turn, which computes to 558 raw, and we have 528. So we need to build at least 30 beakers. I don't want to delay our courthouses, so here's my proposal for research builds:
Adventure One: 11 - on a university right now
Focal Point: 18 - on a missionary build right now
Ditchdigger: 3 - ditto
French Riviera: 7 - barracks is seriously non-critical
Speed Racer: 1 - on a forge
That gives us an even 40 built beakers.

Is your 527 definitely not including the 1 added by research? That will show up in the top left number as well.
I think we definitely want the missionaries out ASAP. I'd much rather delay the universities that are being very slowly built in some cities (AO's build is rather quick relatively speaking, and it gets most benefit there).

No, 527 includes the beaker being built - thanks for pointing that out. Makes things far easier to compute. Basically, Scooter will need to get that number to 558.
I'll let other people wrangle over which cities to build research in, but I'd rather prefer AO's university with 1t since the important build there isn't the university but Oxford, and that depends on the other cities.

Idea on how to get some of the missing beakers: run two scientists in Mansa's Muse this turn (replacing merchants). That should give us 7 or 8 of the needed beakers.

Unnamed Team Member, that's your new tagline.

So potentially, the Germans could start capturing WPC cities, and we could follow in their wake and "liberate" them? This war is going better than our best expectations...
Since we're passing the conqueror's plateau, more cities are quite tempting.

Ok, another proposal for how to get the research:
Mansa's Muse: exchange 2 merchants for 2 scientists (+7bpt)
Build research in: Adventure One, Seven Tribes, French Riviera, Starfall
Alternatively, we can build research in Mansa's Muse and Gourmet Menu instead of Seven Tribes, but I'm not sure we get sufficient beakers that way. We need at least 558 raw beakers this turn (as reported in the upper left corner).
