@Charriu: Can you still get multiple payouts if you put production into a wonder in several cities and someone else completes it?

I figured out how to fix the permissions issue if you install in Program Files. You have to change the folder's Security Settings such that the Users group has Full control, or at least Modify and Write permission. This is the rough equivalent of chmod o+w in Linux.

Is that just the mods folder?

Not sure if changing it on the Mods folder will fix it for all current and future versions of the mod (depends on whether newly created folders inherit the permissions or not). But if you change it individually for each CtH folder it will work for that version of CtH.

There's this one "bug" that consistenly pops up in people's spoiler thread and I want to address it here.

This is actually not a bug. It's a feature of BUG and can be turned off. The question of course is if we want to keep it. The problem most people have is that you can see progress of tile improvements with it outside your cultural borders. Now if I remember correctly this is actually information that you can get even in the base game. If memory is correct you could do some shenanigans with workers to see this progress on every explored tile (like outside your borders). So technically this isn't information you couldn't get yourself, except if you don't have a worker. I have the following questions to the community:

1. How did this worker trick to see the progress work again?
2. Do we find this feature acceptable with question #1 in mind?
3. Do we want to limit it to inside your cultural border?

I find this feature quite nice.

If we are worried about it's exploitative potential, and Option 3 is possible, isn't that an easy fix? And if there are people who don't like it, would it be possible to make it a toggle options feature?

The exploitative potential depends on the answer to question #1. I know that there is some trick and I did that trick in PB52 to verify, but I can't remember how I did that.

I thought of a potential way of increasing the viability of Organized, but it might make it too good: Give it (part of ) Expansive's old worker production bonus? The rationale is that an organized society is better improved.
