Personally, I think that the team has responded very poorly to kjn over this. I think that people should just shut up about it now.
I have finally decided to put down some cash and register a website. It is www.ruffhi.com. Now I remain free to move the hosting options without having to change the name of the site.

I just wanted to say to kjn that from my perspective it's ok. Mistakes happen. I also think that the other people reacted a bit emotionally as several people are very invested in the game putting in it a lot of time and energy. I respect that. Let's remember however that kjn too put a lot of time and energy as well. This being said I think we should just move on.

Reload done, I logged in, confirmed our stack was on the proper tile, paused the game, and logged out.
I also put in a notice that we are ready to play on over at CFC, though I think it'd be gentlemanly of us to allow CivFr, Univers, and CivPlayers time to finish their turns before we unpause the game and do a Scooter marathon session.

So, trying to get back on track... Is this the plan:
* Take Wilhelmshaven
* Attack Warendorf. If the RNG cooperates and redlines a LB, let WPC take it?? Otherwise take it for ourselves.
* Tech gunpowder. Decide between Communism and Rifling soon. Let's check out our tech rate post PP and with less unit supply to get an idea of the timelines involved.
* Don't draft any more macemen
* City management as outlined by kjn and soooo
* GPP plan getting our next two GPs out of Mansa's Muse and Eastern Dealers is in effect, I think?
Also float general mutual funding proposals with UCiv?

That's a fair compromise plan to me in light of the pending war, but I don't know if there's a consensus for the Warendoed redline plan from the majority "give them nothing" camp. Of course it may be moot if we never end up with a redlined enemy unit.
