Both the claims are true though.
Unexciting prediction: whoever gets Mids wins barring a Mids raze by a HA stack whilst the Mids player is distracted. The extra 15 pop from the raised happy cap when horizontal growth is too expensive, plus scientists grinding to Construction will enable another kill worth of land, then once CoL is reached it'll be over. This game won't even reach knights.

Maybe we finally see a game in which the in-game year actually matches the technological advancement.

Agree with the second part, but this game looks completely locked up for Tarkeel/Civac. Pretty much everything that could go well, has. Can't really see a way for them to lose from here. Hopefully Nauf proves me wrong for the sake of interest, but I'm not optimistic (and I get the impression that they aren't either).

Vanrober mentioned in a private chat that he'd probably concede if asked, and I think everyone else has publicly addressed it to some extent. Is it worth me asking around threads now?
Its very early in the game, but I'd also like to avoid a PB56 repeat. It doesn't seem that anyone is having much fun. So I thought I'd ask for some other opinions first, any thoughts?

Is it time to pull the plug on this game? Everybody bar naufragar had conceded the last time, and now he's down to 2 cities and clearly out of running. Mjmd and superdeath want out. I don't think vanrober has withdrawn his concession, he wrote in his thread that this game is done.
