Yeah, I'd rather not have Gaspar get a 1-turn cycle on his civics at half price. And nukes, well, nukes are fun in a broken way for SP, but for MP it's just not fun. Add 'em to the ban list, I say.
Blockades can go both ways, but I think in an inland sea map they're a great deal less powerful, I'd say leave them un-banned. Oh, and the usual WE ban, I'd say.

It's actually commodore.rb, but yeah, Bob, just randomize the starting order, or go with Gaspar's directly.
