At the same time met Hum. He wardec me near ex-barbs city which I renamed to Weesp (see screenshot in previous post). He tried to capture it, but I choped a chariot in Nederweert and his 3 axes went away. My garrison in Weesp consists of 2 axes (2/2 and 7/10 exp.) and 1 chariot. One more chariot and one spearman will arrive in 2-3 turns there. I don't really want to fight with Hum, because I have a lot of lands for expansion. Last turn my galley with chariot inside found Hum's borders. I hope that after some scewing Hum will accept a pearce treaty.

Internal news. Converted to Juidaism, will swap civics to Monarchy/Org.Rel this turn. Far away cities make a huge negative impact to my economy, need Code of Laws tech ASAP.

Accepted peace treaty with Hum. He paid me 40 Gold for it. I think my trireme near his clams valley (he has 5 clams and 1 fish) was a good motivation factor.

Zanth detected. He rejected OB, but accepted Dye for Gold and Sugar for Spices. His galley is going to the same direction as Gavagai's one. I hope they are smart enough to push them back when they see my trireme there. I have too many water resources to let them pass in that area.

T136. Nothing really interesting. Gavagai was impressively more lucky in all previous races, which we finished at the same turn:
  • Great Library
  • Music
  • Taoism
So right now we are at the same point - Philosophy, but:
  • He is at GA.
  • From the history I suppose that he got a Great Engineer some turns ago.
Taking in mind these points I think that I have no chances to build Taj before him so Nationalism is a wrong way. The only meaningful race where I can try to win is Liberalism and that is why my current path is Paper -> Education -> Liberalism. Some great person for GA will be finished in Maastricht in 4 turns and I tuned my research to obtain Paper in 3 turns with a huge overflow instead of 2. Gavagai will have only 1 turn to react for my Paper event. We'll see.

Internal events. At last I have built courthouses in 3 of 4 ex-Alexander cities and at last I'm profitable with 60% science. So right now I'm going to start a 2nd wave of my expansion.
