It's easier to see which civ is which when setting up Civstats if you don't change the leader names but it isn't a big deal.
Thanks for the map updates. I was playing out a quick test game earlier as the Mayans (Brick) and yeah, there wasn't any early happiness to be found. Now they have silver near a copper, which they'll probably prioritize as a third or fourth city at the latest, and ivory they can grab pretty early as well (4th or 5th city I'd guess). That should be fine especially since they can probably get whales early-ish, too.
Mali also now has two easy ancient age happiness resources to go with their later resources, so that should be fine now.
Krill's start is OK, yeah it's light on forests but it does have a lot of rivers to sort of compensate eventually. So he won't be able to test the power of the Ubermill....oh well. The only thing that kind of sucks is that he'll have to invest 20 hammers in the...quay? to get commerce from the river tiles, but that isn't terrible. He'll have enough production to make it viable with those five hills and his land is certainly green. In fact, Krill and (whoever is Mali) have some really green land in comparison to Ethiopia. If it were my map I'd probably change some of the plains south of the Ethiopian start to grassland to make it match the rest of the starts a bit more.
Then there's this:
Anyway, the map looks pretty good from a gameplay standpoint, but I'm tired and can't really motivate myself to look over a the map too much more. I'd say ship it (with the minor points I've mentioned updated?) and let them come to kill you in six or nine months when it's all over. Thanks for your work again.
