your are too harsh on yourself. you and broker have shown true grit and determination to pull yourselves back from the brink and should be proud of how you played. you can say you played with the spirit of RB and i doubt anyone would disagree.

Agree with the above posters. Honestly early on I was thinking "kudos to Plako for sticking it out even though his civ is completely finished," but you turned your civ around into the #3 player by the end of the game... If the game went on 10 more turns you would've been #2. Actually I'd argue that you guys finished 2nd, but that's debatable. Seriously though, fantastic game. I would go so far to say your comeback was one of the most impressive performances in any of these PB/PBEM games so far.
