IIRC, there is a setting in the CIV4 config file that changes the format of the images when you take screenshots, and you can change it to .jpg from PNG. That means it should take you less time to upload the files so you'll save time on the posting bit (so...I suppose that means we can expect more pictures?)

ok, but I'm dumb enough that I'll need more of a walkthrough then "somewhere there is a file that you change." Or else I'll end up unable to launch the game when its my turn to play next

My docs>my games>BtS>civ4configuration file>search for jpg, edit that entry to read jpg.

entry reads "; file format (TGA,JPG,BMP), Warning: TGA requires a lockable buffer which can lower performance

azza founded another city in the wasteland. I swear, I feel like Terran fighting the Zerg here. I break him, think I have him contained, and he keeps spreading nonetheless.


he had a galley and trieme at marked square last turn, so city is probably in this area. I have a caravel just north of here that will find it.

the logistics of taking all these small cities is annoying. azza keeps whipping units in them :/. I have a ferry system that is getting a small army into wilfreds island (currently 2 cats, 3 knights, mace, pike - and I'm going back for more) and I'll use that to get dalek and Adam as well. the whale city I might not be able to secure until I have rifles and maybe galleons too - not to mention the two troll cities and any more that might spout up :/.

Lol I think this is more like a Terran player running around the map with floating buildings to prevent you from winning the game.
