I should probably mention I built a road on the corn and I'm moving to the Forest hill next to road that.

Worker completes in 2 turns and BW in 3.

Okay, I looked at the save. Haven't had time to look at the demo stuff yet, but it looks good. Move 1E with the worker and start roading like you said. New worker moves 1N of the capital. Start settler, both workers start chopping the turn after that.

And apparently we will just be able to research BW, 39 beakers remaining and we make 13 each turn (after the 20% bonus). Would've sucked if we were a beaker short since we lost one for no reason on the last worker build. :whew: (We need a whew smiley.) Still wish we could get BW one turn early to see where the copper is, might affect which forest we would theoretically want to chop.

So, yeah, fuck. I just checked the event log and Meditation was researched by Jkaen on turn 13 after we played. He started with Mysticism which I had down as Mining until just a while ago, and he didn't build a warrior in the first 8 turns. He might be building Stonehenge since the beginning of the game. That would be very but I don't think we can compete with that.

Okay quick report since I should have slept ages ago. Still trying to figure out what Jkaen is doing, best guess right now is Henge -> WB -> Henge.

I must have been really sleepy last night because apparently the soldier count did change (by a lot LOL). So maybe Jkaen finished his warrior or maybe he got hammer decay from the work boat and it will finish in a turn or two. Hopefully we won't need to compete for Stonehenge. Not sure if you went to sleep or not since the turn is still unplayed, but we can definitely keep going with the settler build, and BW won't finish until EOT and then we see where copper is. I can figure out the C&D tonight and we can make a firm decision whether we want to stay the course and get Mysticism next (probably) or get Fishing so we can build the WB after the settler.

Oh and I dreamed that Krill put the copper under the capital. Any speculations on copper placement?

Okay, I see the 8k increase is from Kuro researching BW. I think. He definitely had 8k before and top is now 16k which is from BW most likely. But didn't his score increase last turn? I don't know since you don't show the score in your demo screenshots. Either way, the other two still only have 5k soldiers so that's from 1k (pop) + 2k (Hunting/Mining) + 2k (Warrior). So Jkaen definitely has not built a warrior yet. Maybe he did get hammer decay, but it'd have to be at least a loss of four hammers for him to not finish the warrior in two turns. If he still hasn't finished it in the current turn then he has to be building Henge.

Played turn 19. Worker finished, BW next EOT. Hopefully copper will be in a cool spot but it might not even be on the island. Maybe Krill put it under one of the forests. Preferably the forest hill we're about to mine.



Time to chew through the C&D from the last ~36 hours that I haven't gotten to, and hopefully unravel the mystery of whether we'll be able to get Henge.
