That might be difficult since they'd have to switch capitols first, I believe.

I did think about gifting Athens to someone else, assuming we had already settled Noahville, but I did not realize that it would be our capital still and we wouldn't be able to.
And I think it's unlikely that we will be able to fool them with the galley much, if at all. Especially if we whip it, they'll know something is up when they can't figure out what we've whipped.
Plus they log in all the time, so it might be challenging

T68 has rolled. Still no Oracle BIAFL, due in 5 for us.
4 Ottoman units still around on the same tile and a barb warrior killed Jowy's scout that was to our SW.

I think we can pull it off. Rally point the ship and control-a at the turn rollover. If we whip they might assume it's a building they can't see, or that we just changed our mind after the whip.

The thought crossed my mind, specifically at one point before the frost settled in I wondered if letting Jowy walk into Athens was an option. In the end though I didn't suggest it because it just felt too gamey. If we can't defend the city from them, then they deserve it.

T68 played. Spiros has found a barb warrior, but is in a forest with woodsman II and good health. Spiros is having a fun journey - he has been 1 tile ahead of Sullla's warrior for like the last 6 turns.
In our cap we're working the 4/0/2 crab, a 1/2/0 grassland forest hill, and a 2/1/0 grassland forest. I'll go ahead and end turn since we can still alter tile assignments after the 12:00 mark...until everyone forces another ruling on us at least.

If the Ottomans keep having units on the hills next to Athens, they WILL see the galley after the 1st move (except if you go east, but they will see it from their border the following turn I guess)

Yes I think that is what we want to do, so no need to swap tile assignments.
