RBP17 IT and Tech Issues Thread

Hey,
I'm using the hotel wifi now. I was able to connect to the game first time, then I ducked out to test something and I haven't been able to get in since. I connect to the game but I get stuck on the downloading game data page. The connection doesn't seem great but I was able to get into PB18 but neither 17 nor 19 which is what happened to me before. So I suspect it's something to do with my computer rather than the connection. If anyone has any ideas I'm all ears.
Pitboss 18 is hosted by Caledorn. 17 and 19 are hosted by Sunrise. From the network you're on it's possible you can't reach Sunrise's server while being able to reach Caledorn's.
I don't know if it will help but maybe try deleting the current save file you have for this turn. On my system the file is saved at this location: Code: C:\Users\<username>\Documents\My Games\beyond the sword\Saves\multi\auto\Recovery_spacetyrantxenu.CivBeyondSwordSaveIf nothing else that will force you to attempt downloading the save file again, if your Civ program somehow isn't downloading the file because it believes it has the current version already. It's also possible that this completely won't help at all, but you won't be any worse off than before. Good luck.
