Going for the LOooooong shot game here. Hoping the other players waste their energy with wars, while i setup a shrine, build courthouses/markets/libraries (now that i can, THX Gavagai) Then i either swarm Gavagai with Knights, or more likely.. build a bunch more numids and try and take as much territory as possible. Should be able to squeeze a 2nd/3rd place out of this game providing it goes long enough. My land is not good enough to have gotten a win. At. All. Old harry vs Green players? Sure. Normal players vs Normal players... nope.

So while looking around, and seeing how badly im screwed by Gav's holy city + mids culture + where mountains JUST HAPPEN TO BE... i saw i could build spys.

So, i checked the entirety of the tech thread.. No "no spys"... hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

Yes/no. Id find it hard to bring it up without giving away what myself (or ginger) are doing. As we are the only ones with Alphabet. As this game is already a random mess of shit, and Gavagai didnt bring up spies at all in the tech thread, and Commodore agreed on those settings as well...

I would assume if it isn't discussed that the default is no as we haven't run a game with in a while. It might* be worth bringing up this game though as there are a lot of other weird things like events and quests.

BTW have you gotten any events / quests?
