Apparently Blight doesn't work properly either. In 18, Sidar have been Blighted for a couple turns, while Ljo aren't. The AC went above 30 during the Sidar turn and back below in the Ljo turn, which is likely part of why.

Hi, short time lurker, Civ noob here. Firstly, I want to say EitB is a really good improvement on the game, having played it for all of a few hours, I much prefer the tech tree, how the Sidar are actually fun now, etc.
Just a couple of things: The Civ entry for Shades says it takes a level of 6 to Wane, but you've changed that to five, and the main menu background scales horribly with my monitor (whereas in FfH, it would be cut off - but that looked better). These are really minor things in an awesome mod, that, unlike all the others, doesn't break the performance of my crappy machine!

An update on my investigation of invisibility.
Perfect sight will see mistforms (and anything with the invisibility promotion) but not animals. *however* you need to trigger a vision update after you grant/gain perfect sight on the unit, or else new units will not be uncovered. Trying to see if I can cause taking the promotion to trigger the updateVision code.
Right now the current invisibility structure is you can only see one type. And the types do not have an ordered heirarchy. So giant spiders can't be seen by magic eyes, for instance.
Nocis and Dies Deis both step around this system entirely.

A quick WB test shows that it works as normal on Normal speed, but on Quick, it can't be activated. Haven't gotten to Epic or Marathon yet, but I have a suspicion there will be a problem there too.
Edit: Does not work on Epic, *does* work on Marathon. Huh. Maybe some sort of integer rounding issue?
I'm gonna test out Sanctuary, now, see if it has the same problem

I can't replicate your results. I just WB'd up an Amurite game in my copy of EitB (which was done using the two installers) and was able to cast Lacuna in quick w/ an Adept right off the bat...

I think I figured it out. The spell requires at least 1 improved mana in the world. I built a test on quick speed, and couldn't cast the spell until I added a random fire node in worldbuilder. You guys are probably getting different results because some of you spawn unique features like the Pyre of the Seraphic that come with their own improved mana node.
