Why not 2N of the cows? It becomes a canal and catches the fish.

Yeah that was another place that I looked at. Definitely a possibility. The problem is that it wastes 2 grass hills.

Guess we'll need to figure out how dense we want to pack 'em in. My thought would be that with GLH we want a fairly dense build.

Luckily we have a ways to go till we need to figure that out as these are like cities 15 and 16 or whatever lol

You could theoretically pack in another city under the peaks northwest of the capital if you want to use those hills. That looks really cramped though.

Well I guess you'd only get to use one hill, since the city is on the other one.

So, adding up the citeis in those dotmaps, I get (about) 20 cities. I'm guessing about 6 more east of Reading, and 2-3 more southwards.

So as a ballpark number, we look to have about 30 cities, when it's all said and done.

I suspect Dropbox is not blocked, as its popularity is still relatively new.

But dropbox makes you log in, right? And you only have a certain amount of storage?

I like imageshack because I don't have to log in, and therefore have no limit on pictures. I do understand that runs the risk that they may just delete all my pictures at some point, but at this point that's a risk I'm willing to take

Dropbox works very differently. It installs a folder called "My Dropbox" in your My Documents. It then sinks that folder with the online service every time that you are connected to the internet. The beauty is you can install Dropbox on multiple computers and it will sink those folders so you have the exact same contents on both computers and available via the internet. It's also nice because you can just right click on the file and select "Copy Public Link" and you have the Image location ready to go. You can also up your free storage by convincing friends to sign up. I got mine up to 3.5 Gigabytes currently which is more than I'll ever need to share files on RB.

You do need an account with Dropbox in order to put up pictures, if that's what you mean. The base storage they give you is 2 GB, I believe, which realistically should be more than enough for PNGs (or JPGs? Not sure why Civ4 is using JPG instead of PNG for screenshots) for gaming screenshots. You can get some more storage for free by getting friends to sign up or doing some other stuff, I think.

Anyway, I've used Imageshack for quite a while, but Dropbox's integration with the native operating system is quite impressive. It's easier to use than going to a website.

Yeah I have a dropbox account but maybe after reading this I'll give it another try
