I know right? lol

I'm hoping that when I do go to war with Nakor that he'll have wasted a good amount of phracts on Seven. That way I have less to deal with since I'm still going to be relying on pikes bang

Another turn, two more buildings go up. I'm going to whip two more next turn as well. Set tech to zero. Will be able to finish PP in 3 turns with one turn at 0, two at... I forget if its 90 or 100%. Either way its 1 turn faster than if I leave it as is.

On the foreign front:

Nakor finally attacked... He's been sitting in front of that city for about 5 turns. THEY ARE ARCHERS! YOU HAVE PHRACTS! This should have been over about 2 turns ago. I think he wanted to wait for cats, and I'm not calcing the odds here, but yeah he had at least 2 cats read 2 turns ago, he was waiting for 3 more XD. As it stands, we have to let this comedy play out one more turn.

No sign of activity on the island city. Ruff could be sitting around a while. Though at the speed these turns are going now (2 per day) That might turn out not to be as long.

SO turn came last night and I didn't have time for an update. I got another courthouse, forge, granary. Whipped a couple courthouses as well this turn.

In other news, Remember when Nakor hurt all the units in that city? Seven sends me this message.

Quote:Sweet!

This turn was awesome by the way. As you saw, Nakor reduced the defenders in Ruff's city down to just a few. I then swooped in with 2 galleons and finished the rest, razing it with no losses.

Also I'm getting some Privateers out, and killed Nakor's nearby Trireme with the first of them.

I am enjoying this way too much. smile

lollollol

SO this turn I got to see it for myself. The reason he razed it and didn't capture was to build his own city west of that site on the incense:

Thats pretty funny. Seven is running away at this point. Lib may have been the tipping point, but he was ahead even before that.

Another shot that I found funny was this:

Silly barb Galley can't escape this small island rolleye

Diplo from Nakor:

Quote:Hey Lewwyn,

Seven told me to be ready for war. Any thought on whose side you want to take?

Cheers
Nakor

Not yours.

What's up with those elephants? They're small and...blue?

Well, see, it's cold out in that tundra...

lol
Yeah those elephants are a bit cold. And guess what? Even more barbarians!

It one of the more ridiculous things I've seen. A pack of barbarian galleys out in the middle of the ocean around an 8 tile island.

Ah well.

AT home I finished 3 courthouse, 1 market and 1 lib? I think. Dunno I played it last night.

Theres a turn in my inbox though. So I'll go play it and we'll see what this turn brings.

Oh and I told Nakor:

Quote:Hey Nakor,

Probably not on your side. Truth be told I have warriors protecting my 3 island cities. So you can see how I might side with the person who has galleons.

Lewwyn

A) its true, B) it doesn't matter if he knows they are poorly defended as he doesn't have galleons. XD C) it needles him about being behind in tech.

I played, set tech to zero for gold, I can tech gunpowder in 3 turns after 1 turn at 0. I figure I should get gunpowder because... well lets face it I'm going to war and I'm not gonna be making the best use of the economic techs in a little bit. Then the game is over. I wanted to tech education but I know in 5 turns I'm gonna be churning out units and not unis.

I finished 2 more courthouses, 1 trading post and 1 catapult in Odin. Odin has no more economic buildings to build. So sound the gongs of war.

Sorry, not a substantial update. A couple of things built, Gunpowder in 3 turns. And I'm going to tell Nakor the NAP is up next turn. From there we have a 5 turn cool down so Turn 181. I've got to start switching builds to military again. I will not be quite a force, but hopefully I'll provide a distraction.
