Required patch for Adv 9 & 10?

as I am kind of new to this forum/site, I had one question.
On the pages detailing the Adv9 - 10 rules I cannot seem to find which patch is required to play the game & to qualify for the rankings

(also for the epic games)

We play our tournament games with the latest patch (1.61), and with no mods.
